[appfuse-user] Character issues while sending mail

Hello,

I am having issues with french special characters like acutes while 
sending mail with appfuse. 1.9.4

All special charactesr are replaced with other characters.

I am just wondering if this is a configurable setting or if anyone had 
input on that.
