It's no longer a problem for 2.0M3, the new native2ascii plugin is doing
pretty well.

Only I encountered another issue, after I create a new project form the
archetype, the zh and zh_CN properties are messed up, so I have to checkout
these two from svn to replace. After that, every thing works fine.

This is a known issue in M3 and should be fixed in M4.

I'm running jdk 1.6.0-b105 on Windows Server 2003 Chinese Simplified.

Is JDK 6 working for you?  I'd love to use it, but Maven seems to have
some issues with multi-module projects and JDK 6.
