I haven't seen this error before. Perhaps you get it because you're
running under a SecurityManager?

This is generated by XFire's servlet - so there's no way to fix it
that I know of. I entered an issue for this a while back in XFire's
JIRA.

You can see if the WSDL is generated by going to /services/ServiceName?wsdl
