Unfortunately with dev and alpha releases these types of problems are bound to happen from time to time. We do appreciate your help in testing these releases but you should always be aware that they're not a stable release. I extracted the XMI file, imported it from another project, and recreated the class diagram I was working on importing all the classes in a new class diagram (I only had sixteen classes when that happened).
