Hi Sudharsini, Thank you for your interest in ArgoUML. I have just successfully downloaded and run both the JNLP version and the windows installer version of ArgoUML 0.30.2 on my WinXP installation (I am using JRE 1.6.0_05 though).
Maybe you could try upgrading your JRE, or perhaps using the windows installer version. Please get back to us if you still have problems.
