Hello Sudharsini! I manage to start the ArgoUML from Java Web Start when testing. If Daves suggestion of upgrading the version of Java doesn't work you could attempt to remove the contents of the Java Web Start cache or at least everything connected to argouml from the Java Web Start cache and then try again.
