You can with AltRMI. There are some adapter for a Block view of the world. It isa trick that uses RPC to bridge two applications. There is nothing built into Phoenix for the time being to do that.

One phoenix SAR file equals one phoenix application, right? One application contains 1..n blocks which offer services to the other blocks in the application.
My question is that are the services offered by block A in application A available to other applications as well (not just within app A). Can I lookup service offered by block A using ServiceManager.lookup from application B in different SAR file?
