Can you tell me which version of Phoenix this occurs in?
I tried with the CVS head and can't reproduce the probelm.
If you could send me the app and the kernel.xml for your setup I will try it
again with the same version of Phoenix you are using.
I've seen this behavior too. I tracked it down but didn't fix it (i was lazy and busy at the time).
When the SAR is replaced the monitor kicks in and removes and re-adds the application. But if thats the only application, when its removed the kernel sees that there are 0 apps and decides to shutdown.
Unless of course you did some changes to fix this recently (I saw it 3-4 weeks ago)..
