confirmed that this is the case. I am using latest head revision as of a week ago.
I added another SAR so there are now two SARS in the apps directory. I then did a hot-deploy and sure enough phoenix did not die this time around and did proper redeployment. I am planning to use this feature mainly for rapid development cycle, so I am wondering if there are any issues such as some of the descriptor files not being updated on a hot-deployment or anything like that, that people have come across while relying on this feature? Looks like it should work like a charm aside from this one bug. thanks allot guys. It looks solid overall. --- Peter Donald <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Okay I have added it to issue tracker. > > On Sun, 23 Mar 2003 06:16, Peter Royal wrote: > > On Friday, March 21, 2003, at 07:49 PM, Peter > Donald wrote: > > > On Sat, 22 Mar 2003 09:27, sadaf zargeen wrote: > > >> As soon as I replace the SAR file in the apps > > >> direcotory of phoenix, Phoenix simploy dies. > > > > > > Can you tell me which version of Phoenix this > occurs in? > > > > > > I tried with the CVS head and can't reproduce > the probelm. > > > > > > If you could send me the app and the kernel.xml > for your setup I will > > > try it > > > again with the same version of Phoenix you are > using. > > > > I've seen this behavior too.
