confirmed that this is the case.   I am using latest
head revision as of a week ago.

I added another SAR so there are now two SARS in the
apps directory.

I then did a hot-deploy and sure enough phoenix did
not die this time around and did proper redeployment.


I am planning to use this feature mainly for rapid
development cycle,  so I am wondering if there are any
issues such as some of the descriptor files not being
updated on a hot-deployment or anything like that,
that people have come across while relying on this
feature?    

Looks like it should work like a charm aside from this
one bug.
