Thanks. I too found out that it is better to use a combination of jars that is known to work than try to mix and match.


I did, however, get Phoenix 4.0.4 to run with the cornerstone-1.0.jar, but I
had to substitute a number of the latest versions of the excalibur
components jars, since Px 4.0.4 is distributed with the older versions of
excalibur.

Shouldn't the libraries used by the container be independent of the ones that applications use. That is you can have whatever version of excalibur inside your SAR archive and that version does not collide with the version that Phoenix uses.
