It's got to be me but I'm loosing my mind trying to figure it out.  Have not
developed the right intuition yet to read how I could be messing up Merlin.

This looks fine - the problem is the double repository/repository you 
mentioned in you prev email.  We need to mail down if that is comming 
from you configuration or something the merlin is doing.
