Also, if you go with Phoenix, try not to import any phoenix specific
classes. Keeping your components only directly dependent on Avalon
framework is a good practice since it simplifies moving from Fortress to
Phoenix to Merlin if the need arises.

Of course the Loom development may go in a different directory to Fortress
or Merlin which could result in differences in interfaces and behaviours.
You need to factor that into your development. Personally I have not kept
up with loom.
