What he means is that the ANT build script that I have put into the Avalon
root calls Maven, and that it doesn't work as expected.
It is related to how "exec" works on Windows with maven.bat, and I am not
Windows user so I am a bit lost on it. Help appreciated.

Yes, this is where the ANT script fails - in calling maven.bat. I am
however having some other problems on the Windows Box but will investigate
a little more tonight. In any case, I can simulate the ANT script by doing
as Stephen suggests and running the individual project builds in sequence.
Actually tried this this morning after reading Stephen's suggestion but it
still failed. Again I will look at both things tonight as I do not have
this stuff at work.
Also having so wierd abends in MS explorer so could be my system needs a
rebuild - sigh.
