And I forgot to mention, the Docs are separated into a their on Zip file, just 
like many other products, so if you really need them locally, download from;

      or
http://www.apache.org/dist/avalon/merlin/binaries/3.2.5/merlin-3.2.5-dist-docs.tar.gz
