I didn't appreciate the insinuation that the ASF would be as shallow as to shutdown a project due to a CSS stylesheet they didn't like. Both are modular enough to take out the J2EE parts and keep the JMX kernel part. Then, using that base, write your own server app. I'm not saying it's the best solution, just that it is an option.
