(Otherwise, you couldn't even open it in WinZip.) What writes to the cache after the download - MSIE or WinZip? Why? The file is called <http://www.beonex.de/download/communicator/0.6/beonex-0.6-4-pre-win32-installer.zip.sig>. This might be due to the buggy server, which reports application/zip as MIMEtype for that file. Will contact the ISP, but I don't have much hope.
