Importing Address Book to Beonex PAB

I have not been able to import my address book to the Personal Address
Book in Beonex. The best I have been able to do is import Outlook
Express Address Book as a separate Address Book . It seems that the PAB
is the default Address Book and I can't find a way to import into it.
 An additional problem is that I am unable to copy and paste URL's in
the Location Bar. Nothing happens when I go thru the procedure - just
blank. 
 I am new to Beonex. Any help would be appreciated.
