To fix your profile problems, try this:

Delete/move the entire Mozilla folder under "Anwendungsdaten" 
("Application data"). Also delete moz*.dat and nsreg.dat in your Windows 
profile. Note:  this will make all previous Netscape 4.x and netsacpe 6 
/ Beonex Comm. unusable!

Then try again starting Beonex Comm. It should create a sane profile.

*Never* run Netscape 6 and Beonex Comm. with the same profile. See 
release-notes. (Why should you do that, anyways?)

See a previous thread in this group how to move your mails over to the 
new profile.
