That's because answering questions costs enormous resources and is not 
doable without being paid, appearantly not even for Netscape.

Well, the right place to make suggestions is where you get Mozilla from, 
i.e. Beonex. We should filter them and pass them to mozilla.org.

Well, I do Mozilla related development and if I hear about a really good 
suggestion that I guess is new, then I will pass it to mozilla.org.
We might create a more formal and better process in the future.

You can search through existing suggestions by searching 
bugzilla.mozilla.org for "bugs" with severity enhancement. See 
<http://www.mozilla.org/bugs/>.

Note that there are lots of people making suggestions and many of the 
thinkable suggestions have already been made.
