Hi Jorge, In rc5 release, we have configured everything for icgc members to make it easiest for them to deploy their own biomart instance. There is nothing else you need to configure apart from following the ICGC portal deployment section in the manual.
Let me know if there is any problem with the ICGC deployment section.
