Once rc5 was announced I tried to reuse my rc4 stuff and it gave no
problems. I saw what you added
for icgc-ers :) I changed the connection parameters and maked it
un-hiden ( it kept me busy for some hours
to find where my CLL filters went :P ). My only issue is about openid. I
added a user with its openid with martconfigurator, but it does not
works. It says the user is no registered when I try to log in.
Must I add something special? some extra line at biomart.properties or
so ( I used my old ones from rc4 )???

In rc5 release, we have configured everything for icgc members to make
it easiest for them to deploy their own biomart instance. There is
nothing else you need to configure apart from following the ICGC
portal deployment section in the manual.
Let me know if there is any problem with the ICGC deployment section.
