Dear sir/madam, Please can you help me to get the 5'UTR sequences from the biomart. I have RAP-DB - IRGSP/RAP genes dataset of 1.2,3kb of upstream sequences. When I am giving these genes ID its not getting from the set,from filter i am selecting RAP IDS,please help in this.
