Hi All, I was trying out biomart08 rc6. The installation went fine, and I was able to do a quickstart after having provided a URL to our working mart, and started the server. The only concern is that what works in biomart07 doesn't seem to work in biomart08. Basically, I could select a particular chromosome form a drop down list on the "filter" section and select a couple of attributes to be returned and this brings results, however this is not the case for rc6 after performing the same selections, it returns "no results found". Sorry I can't provide a URL to the BioMart07 as its stuck behind a corporate firewall, thus only visible internally. I can provide the error log though or any files that can help in diagnosing the problem, if you can point me to where this is on the release candidate 6 directory Many thanks Howard
