Dear Biomart, Apologies for the simplicity of my question, can you tell me how to download a fasta file of all the human proteins known including all known splice variants. Ideally I'd like a fasta protein sequence for every human ENST transcript but I'm not sure I'm setting up my request properly - can you help?
