Hi Heather, you need to minimally ensure all the types are set (eg singleselect, multiselect) & then run update. the configurator checks that this field is set before populating the drop-down fields so for a brand new config with nothing set, it will not update anything.

Do I need to update each of the filters for our internal databases individually (i.e. right click on each filter, select the local datasets and click “Update” in each config) or just make sure at least one of them updates to ensure the database connection is OK?
