Hi,

I wondered whether anyone had any experience with using mod_security or
SELinux with their biomart installation. We're now receiving a lot of
SQL-injection attempts to our server, and in an ideal world we would be
running SELinux. However, without going through a lot of pain, we decided to
disable SELinux to allow our biomart installation to work. Now, with the
increasing attempts of SQL-injections, we are looking at using mod_security.

I wondered if any of the users out there had any experience with either
configuring SELinux or mod_security to work with a biomart installation.

Thanks,

Julian Selley
