The BioMart server is started as a separate background process, which is not attached to a terminal at all. Logging out cannot cause the server to stop. I suspect that it stops running before you log-out, or it crashes due to other reasons. If you check the log file in ./dist/logs, we might figure out what the actual issue might be. Joachim
