Hi Biomart Help Desk, I am trying to download dbSNP's using query: DATASET:Homo sapiens Variation (dbSNP 132;ENSEMBL) FILTERS: Variation source: 'with dbSNP synonym rsIDs Variation Set Name: HapMap
ATTRIBUTES:Variation Name Chromosome name Position on Chromosome (bp) Consequence to transcript Ensembl Gene ID When i Count the results using the Count option, it shows me: Dataset 2236084 / 30352405 SNPs Everytime i download i get different file size and number of SNP's. I guess there is a problem in downloading the whole file. Please help me. Thanks, Sushil.
