Hi, For these large queries, we recommend using the "Email notification to" option. You may also select 'Unique results only' to remove duplicated rows. Just to note, the number of rows may not be the same as the count number (2236084). Count rreflects the number of SNPs that are retreived, but because each SNP might be represented by more than one row, the outpout may have a different row number.
