Dear Biomart team,
I have entered the following request into the Biomart interface
http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martview/
Dataset: Homo sapiens genes (GRCh37.p5)
Filters: Refseq mRNA ID(s) [e.g. NM_001195597]: [ID-list specified] -->
with NM_000211 in the list
Attributes: Ensembl Gene ID, Ensembl Transcript ID
But I get always the following error message:
----------------
Serious Error: Error during query execution: Table
'ensembl_mart_64.ox_RefSeq_mRNA__dm' doesn't exist
ERROR: caught BioMart::Exception::Database: Error during query
execution: Table 'ensembl_mart_64.ox_RefSeq_mRNA__dm' doesn't exist

How do I get a Refseq/Ensembl id mapping?
Thanks for any help.
