Dear Harald, Updating to ensembl 65 at biomart.org is in the process. As the update requires all of the participating data marts to be online all together, the process of update is currently stalled due to the unavailability of the REACTOME mart.
We will let you know when updating to ensembl 65 is done at biomart.org.
