Since the table name in query is not fully qualified, I suspect that the
filter corresponding to the attribute you have selected does not have
the same name (internal name) as the attribute's name and internal name.
Reactome folks need to make sure this is the case in MartEditor, and
then run Export followed by a reconfigure of the server. Once done, and
if its working on their end, they would show a green signal to central
portal guys so they can reconfigure the server in order to propagate the
changes.
my two cents,

Hi,
First of all, thanks for a great service.
I have run into a problem, querying Reactome with a concrete stable reaction ID
to retrieve stable pathway IDs:
http://central.biomart.org/martform/#!/Search_by_database_name/Reactome%20(OICR,%20Canada;%20EBI,%20UK;%20NYU%20Medical%20Center,%20USA)?datasets=pathway&id_list_filters%5B%5D=reaction_id_list&id_list_filters%5B%5D=REACT_533&id_list_filters%5B%5D=Reaction+stable+ID(s)+(e.g.+REACT_533)&attributes=stableidentifier_identifier
The reaction ID is the same as in the example filter.
The result is:
Query ERROR: caught BioMart::Exception::Database: Error during query execution:
Table 'test_reactome_mart.reaction__dm' doesn't exist
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
