Hi all, I'm working with the ID converter of BioMart Central Portal (http://central.biomart.org/converter) which is a very useful tool. Unfortunately I have some problems when I try to do the conversión from Agilent WholeGenome to HGNC Symbol (with more than 100 cases) and I try to dowload the results of the query. When I try that I receive a Server error. The thing is if I try with less cases it Works ok. I see that all the agilent ids are added into the url so maybe that's the problem but I'm not sure. Could you help me?
