Hope that helps you convert your ids without any ERRORs. The filter to
use is in ID LIST LIMIT drop down.

Unfortunately I have some problems when I try to do the conversión from Agilent
WholeGenome to HGNC Symbol (with more than 100 cases) and I try to dowload the
results of the query. When I try that I receive a Server error. The thing is if
I try with less cases it Works ok. I see that all the agilent ids are added
into the url so maybe that's the problem but I'm not sure. Could you help me?

How much memory is your server running on ? and what happens when you
say "service goes down" ? does the server simply dies OR become sluggish
and ultimately recovers ?
