Hello, I am working on lincRNA, hence downloaded the data available in the latest relies ENSEMBL Gene66 and found that information about several lincRNA genes (e.g. MALAT1, H19) is missing in this new relies, but these was available in the previous relies ENSEMBL Gene65. Moreover, whenever I'm searching ENSEMBL using a query like "H19" it is showing the details (including that this is a lincRNA gene) that was available in the previous relies. This is confusing me, as whenever I'm trying to find out such genes in the downloaded data from latest relies I couldn't find anything. Please help me to use this database efficiently. Thanks.
