Hi Sohini,

This is a known bug for ensembl release 66, About 300 linc-RNAs have been 
accidentally excluded from the human gene set : 
http://www.ensembl.info/contact-us/known-bugs/
This will be fixed for release 67 which should be released in May 2012.
In the meantime you can still use ensembl release 65 on our archive website : 
http://dec2011.archive.ensembl.org/index.html
