I am working on lincRNA, hence downloaded the data available in the latest release ENSEMBL Gene66 and found that information about several lincRNA genes (e.g. MALAT1, H19) is missing in this new release.However, these was available in the previous release ENSEMBL Gene65. Moreover, whenever I'm searching ENSEMBL using a query like "H19" it is showing the details (including that this is a lincRNA gene) that was available in the previous release, but is not present in the downloaded data from ENSEMBL Gene66. Please let me know why such difference has occurred.
