Hi Adrian,
It must have been a temporarily glitch on the server side. I have just
uploaded the file and managed to convert all the ids. (I am sending the
file to you in a separate email). I am not sure about the bands etc. The
converter has no such option. If you require this functionality you may
want to try going through the 'traditional route' of the 'Database Search'
using a wizard interface.
