I am new at installing biomarts and have gone with biomart_0_8 RC6 for simplicity. I have it installed on a SLES 11 VM and develop on a Mac. I am able to get the MartConfigurator running, but can't seem to get get the server started once I add a source and Access Point. I get a "Time out error! Server is not started within 2 min." The terminal reports the following:
