Hello, I try to retrieve genetic sequences (mouse). I entered my coordinates in this format 12:86814140:86814840:1 (chr:from:to:strand) (FILTERS) (as I wish to download more than one sequence I made my choice with "Multiple Chromosomal Regions (Chr:Start:End:Strand)" and choose (in the chapter ATTRIBUTES) "sequences". Now the trouble started: So possibility (and I have to make a choice) fits my needs and no choice just gives back the sequence I am interested in (and I tried hard). Actually I want to define exactly my sequence. I do not see a need to make a choice within this category of "sequences". I there an alternate approach?
