Hi all,

I'm working with Biomart 0.8 rc7 and I am having some problems when I try to
add new sources by the martconfigurator. I don't understand what's the problem
because I could do it some months ago.

I'm setting the parameters: Type url, host: http://www.biomart.org , port 80
and Path: /biomart/martservice

But I see in the terminal the error:

/dades/Biomart_Development/biomart_COPD
bioinfo-new:/dades/Biomart_Development/biomart_COPD #
./scripts/martconfigurator.sh

It seems to be a problem of Java but I haven't changed the version...

Thanks,
