Hi Guys,
I have a mart generated for a set of species where the GO annotations
are mostly on the translation. For a few species they are located on
the transcript.
When using the "Count" button after defining a GO Accession filter,
for the species where the annotation is on the translation a count is
returned. If the annotations are on the transcript then an error is
returned. Both return the correct number of results when the
"Results" button is pressed.
In marteditor the template defines a link_go_closure with the
following properties set:
tableconstraint: ontology_go__dm
key: translation_id_1068_key
field: dbprimary_acc_1064
For the species where there the annotations are on the transcript
there is a SpecificFilterContent for each species with the following
properties:
tableconstraint:
key: transcript_id_1064_key
field: feature_value
Does the count rely solely on the link_go_closure properties, or is
there a way to get it to recognise specific differences between
species as in the case of the Results code?
Thank you,
Mark
