Steven, rejig the following and hopefully a hurray will follow :)
1- keep 'internalName' and 'value' field the same. By default, they are. 2- its the 'value' field which ends up in SQL query - so you may want to test the broken options against the database manually whether they exist or not. 3- on web interface, these are presented in the same order as the 'OPTIONS' appear in XML (MartEditor), you can reorganise them as you wish using MartEditor. 4- assuming the options in XML (MartEditor) are out of sync, you can either manually bring them in sync OR regenerate them automatically (right click - make drop down). note, the latter would disturb the order of your OPTIONS, so if you do decide to generate them automatically, better do this first and then reorder them Syed On 7 January 2013 14:55, Steven Rosanoff <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello, > > I have a question about drop down attribute filters in version 7, and in > particular my question pertains to the UniProt Biomart.
