rejig the following and hopefully a hurray will follow :)

1- keep 'internalName' and 'value' field the same. By default, they are.
2- its the 'value' field which ends up in SQL query - so you may want
to test the broken options against the database manually whether they
exist or not.
3- on web interface, these are presented in the same order as the
'OPTIONS' appear in XML (MartEditor), you can reorganise them as you
wish using MartEditor.
4- assuming the options in XML (MartEditor) are out of sync, you can
either manually bring them in sync OR regenerate them automatically
(right click - make drop down). note, the latter would disturb the
order of your OPTIONS, so if you do decide to generate them
automatically, better do this first and then reorder them
