The new Ensembl marts for release 71 are live on
http://www.ensembl.org/biomart/martview/.
The following improvements and modifications have been made :
Ensembl Genes 71 :
Updated Chicken (Gallus gallus) assembly to Galgal4 and updated
C.elegans (Caenorhabditis elegans) to WBcel235.
Added Agilent 012795, 015061, 020186, GPL13394 and GPL14144, WUSTL
WUSTL filters and attributes for C.elegans.
Added Affy Primeview filter and attribute for Human
Added SIFT prediction and score filters and attributes for Chicken,
Cow, Dog, Mouse, Pig, Rat and Zebrafish.
PolyPhen prediction and score attributes have been masked out from the
interface for this release. They will be reinstated in release 72.
Ensembl Variation 71:
Updated the human somatic variation database to COSMIC 63 data.
Reinstated Dog (Canis familiaris) strutcural variation.
"Minor allele", "1000 genomes global MAF" and "1000 genomes global MAC"
have been renamed to "Minor allele (ALL)", "1000 genomes global MAF (ALL)" and
"1000 genomes global MAC (ALL)".
Added "1000 Genomes - All" Variation set name.
Added regulatory feature and motif feature variations under the
"regulatory region associated information" filter and attribute section for
Human and Mouse.
Added SIFT prediction and score filters and attributes for Chicken,
Cow, Dog, Mouse, Pig, Rat and Zebrafish.
PolyPhen prediction and score filters and attributes have been masked
out from the interface for this release. They will be reinstated in release 72.
