Hello Claudia,

if you really only need the data then you could for example use this
one:

http://www.numrel.org/~rhaas3/ET_05_2011/

which is however from an older (many years by now) version of the ET.
Yet the data itself is ok of course, just the parameter files etc are
outdated by now.
