Update: Roland, your patch worked! I've been running ./simfactory/bin/sim
build configfile.config, so I was in fact specifying the optionlist wrong.
Now I think it's finding Fortran, it's about 2 minutes into the build and I
don't see any errors yet. Fingers crossed!
