As said before you need to pass your jndi context to CamelContext
JndiContext context = new JndiContext();
context.bind("myBeanId",new SayService());
CamelContext camel = new DefaultCamelContext(context);
camel.addRoutes(new RouteBuilder() {
... inline the route builder
});
camel.start();
