Login  as the admin user in the GUI.

Click Instances on the left menu.

Shutdown the VM you want to move to another user.

Once it's shutdown, you should see a new icon on the far right of the bar. If 
you mouse over it, it's called "Assign Instance to Another Account".

Click on that icon and select the domain and type in the user you want to move 
the Instance to.
