Not sure what you mean by that - logged in as an default admin account, you
see 3 buttons in 4.11+ Guest network, Isolated network and L2 network.
You can NOT add Isolated network to other user's VM (i.e. that becomes your
own network once you create it as an admin) - but you can operate and
create new resources for ANOTHER account via API if that is what you want.
