There are a few issues found in RC2 testing, a few of them are to do with
systemvmtemplate patching [1] which is a blocker. I suggest we continue testing
this week and cut RC3 next week to give users/testers more time to test and
report issues as 4.17 is a major release.

I found an issue with UI which appears to be a build issue, in the first RC2
pkgs for testing systemvmtemplate weren't included and in the next re-build the
UI elements were not following right css which were fixed with the correct
packaging builds (with no changes in the code).

Subject: [VOTE] Apache CloudStack 4.17.0.0 RC2

+1 (binding)

Tested vm/volume lifecycles on ubuntu 20 and vmware 70u3
Tested IPv6 static routing
Tested kubernetes cluster with k8s 1.24.0. (found a bug and fixed it by
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/6368, but I think it is not a
blocker/critical issue for RC2)
